Terms of service

Coinsmithery is operated by Datahedge LLC. We provide design, copywriting, website hosting and Telegram bot software. Work is produced with AI.

We do not create, issue, sell, promote, list or endorse any token, and we don't provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your coin, your launch and what you tell buyers. You confirm that what you order doesn't use real people, brands, characters or other projects' work, and won't be used to mislead anyone. We may refuse or end service for anything that breaks these terms, including scams, impersonation, harassment or market manipulation.

Prices are in US dollars, payable in SOL (at the quoted amount), USDC on Solana, or by card where offered. Hosting for websites and bots lasts for the period stated at purchase and can be renewed.
